Power Purchase Agreements

Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) are financing instruments that allow a for profit entity to own the solar equipment and sell the energy it produces to the off-taker (typically the host customer).  Because the equipment is owned by a for profit entity, it's owners are still eligible to received the 30% investment tax credit, even though the system is located on a non-profit facility and has a non-profit off-taker (the company who buys the electricity produced by the system).

From schools, to churches, to cemeteries; Photon has the experience and expertise required to help your non-profit save money by going solar.
